How Do I Manage My Coffee Subscription?
To manage your subscription, you’ll need to create an account. Subscribing doesn’t automatically create one, so click 'Create Account' and use the email address linked to your subscription. Once your account is set up, you can update preferences, adjust deliveries, skip shipments, or cancel anytime.
Why Can’t I Log In to My Account?
If the password reset link doesn’t work, it’s likely because you haven’t created an account yet. Subscriptions don’t automatically create accounts. Click 'Create Account' and use the email address tied to your subscription to set one up and gain access.
Can I Change or Cancel My Subscription?
Absolutely! After your first order, you can update your coffee preferences or delivery frequency anytime. You can also skip a shipment, pause, or cancel your subscription with ease.
Will I Get a Reminder Before My Coffee Ships?
Yes! We’ll send you an email 3 days before your coffee is shipped. This gives you time to update your preferences or skip the shipment if needed.
What Coffee Should I Subscribe To?
It’s entirely up to you! Shop our collection and pick your favorites. If you’re new to air-roasted coffee, we recommend starting with our best-seller, the Kite & Key Blend. This smooth, clean medium-dark roast has no bitter or burnt taste and pleases both medium and dark roast lovers alike.
Remember, after your first shipment, you can change your plan anytime.
Do Subscriptions Qualify for Free Local Delivery?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We’ve tried to make free local delivery possible, but due to system limitations between our subscription provider and website host, it isn’t an option. Subscriptions are charged a $5 flat rate shipping fee for subsequent orders.
