🔑 Accessing Your Subscription Account
How do I log in to my subscription account?
Click “Account” at the top of our website and log in using your email and password. If you haven’t created an account, click “Create Account” using the email tied to your subscription.
What if I can't log in to my account?
If the password reset link doesn’t work, it’s likely because you haven’t created an account yet. Click “Create Account” and use the email linked to your subscription to set one up.
How will the new passwordless login work?
You’ll still need to create an account with a password initially. After setup, logging in will be seamless. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a magic link to log in securely—no password required! This is not yet implemented but will be in the near future.

How do I manage my coffee subscription?
To manage your coffee subscription:
Log into your account and click the Subscriptions tab.
Select the Manage Subscription button.
Once in your subscription dashboard, you’ll find buttons at the top to:
Swap items: Change the coffee in your subscription.
Edit frequency: Adjust how often your coffee is delivered.
Set next date: Choose the date of your next shipment.
Edit payment: Update your billing details (you’ll receive an email link to complete the process).
Pause: Temporarily pause your subscription.
Cancel: Cancel your subscription at any time.
You can also add or remove bags directly from this screen to customize your order.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your account and click the Subscriptions tab.
Select the Manage Subscription button.
In the top right corner, click the Cancel Subscription button.
If you have any trouble canceling, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How do I adjust my subscription schedule?
In “Manage Subscriptions,” click “Edit” and select the date for your next shipment. You can set a recurring delivery schedule or choose a one-time adjustment.
Can I make changes to my upcoming order?
Yes! You can add or swap items in your subscription by selecting them under “Add to Shipment” or “Swap” in your account portal.
💳 Billing & Payment
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You’ll be charged at every recurring fulfillment. For prepaid subscriptions, the charge occurs at the start of your subscription period.
How do I update billing information?
To update your billing information:
Log into your account and click the Subscriptions tab.
Select the Manage Subscription button.
Click the Edit Payment bubble/button.
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details.
